GetCash collects, uses, stores, verifies, and processes the personal information and documents you provide through this system for purposes related to your loan application and, if approved, the administration and servicing of your loan.
We may share relevant information with authorized GetCash personnel, your employer and its authorized HR personnel when applicable, authorized service providers, and other parties when reasonably necessary for identity verification, employment validation, loan evaluation, processing, approval, release, servicing, collection, compliance, and fraud prevention.
Your personal information is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules and regulations, and other applicable data privacy requirements.
